Thousands of patients reached through home healthcare services in Şırnak
Healthcare teams visited thousands of households across the city in the first eight months of the year to meet the health needs of citizens.
Carried out under the Şırnak Provincial Health Directorate, Home Healthcare Services conducted 30,895 home visits across the province in the first eight months of 2026, delivering healthcare services to 1,471 patients at their homes.
Scope of Home Healthcare Services
Teams go door-to-door to provide support for citizens in Şırnak who have difficulty reaching healthcare institutions. The efforts carried out under the Provincial Health Directorate are delivered uninterruptedly to the most remote corners of the city.
Number of Visits and Patients
Within the scope of Home Healthcare Services, a total of 30,895 home visits were carried out across the province in the first eight months of 2026. In accordance with the criteria set by the Ministry of Health, 1,471 patients were served during this process.
Efforts Carried Out in Beytüşşebap
Healthcare teams also work intensively in the Beytüşşebap district of Şırnak, which is known for its challenging geographical conditions. During the same period, 1,534 home visits were made in the district to facilitate citizens' access to healthcare services.
Application and Communication Process
Citizens who wish to benefit from the service can apply via the National Call Center at 444 38 33. Following the evaluations made, referrals are provided to appropriate healthcare services according to the condition of the patients.
