Turkish Health-Union Elazığ Branch Increases Membership Above 1,500

Türk Sağlık-Sen Elazığ Branch announced that its membership has surpassed 1,500, continuing to carry out comprehensive work to solve problems faced by health and social service employees within their institutions.

Employee Problems and Field Studies

Türk Sağlık-Sen Elazığ Branch carries out solution-oriented work by addressing the problems faced by employees institution by institution. Many issues, such as assignments from Maden and Baskil districts to prisons and the physical conditions of 112 stations, are on the agenda.

Mental Health Hospital Discussions

The union management discussed the demands submitted by the personnel working at the Mental Health and Diseases Hospital with Hospital Chief Physician Hilal Kaya. Issues such as phone calls and bathroom needs were conveyed to the authorized names.

Demands of 112 Employees

A comprehensive study was carried out to directly listen to the problems of 112 employees working in the field. The expectations and demands of the personnel were listened to one by one and reported.

Promotion Tender Process

A draft technical specification was prepared prior to the bank promotion tender of the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services. The prepared draft was delivered to the relevant Directorate, bringing the rights of the employees to the table.

Cafeteria and Legal Support

Petitions by employees regarding the opening of a cafeteria were forwarded to Provincial Director Serdar Demirci. In addition, more than 10 lawsuits were filed to defend the rights of members with a strong legal unit.

Social Benefits and Discounts

Within the scope of social and economic benefits for members, discount agreements have been made with more than 170 institutions. A 5 percent discount opportunity has been provided with the Petrol Ofisi agreement.
