Investigation and Detention Process
Following a video published on social media, the Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office took action and launched an investigation against Dilan Polat, and the suspect was detained and referred to the courthouse.
Health Issue Experienced During Testimony
Medical teams were called to the room for Dilan Polat, who fell ill while giving her testimony to the prosecutor at the Anatolian Courthouse, and after the intervention of health personnel, the interrogation procedure was continued from where it left off.
Judicial Control and Release
After the completion of the interrogation procedures, Polat was referred to the criminal judgeship of peace with a request for judicial control, and was released by the court on condition of signing in once a week and a ban on leaving the country.
