Privacy Violations and Legal Penalties
It was noted that the investigations were launched after women complained that smart glasses users violated their personal privacy.
The prosecutor's office reminded that disseminating content produced using a person's image or words without their consent carries a penalty of up to two years in prison and a forty-five thousand euro fine.
