Social media influencer Çağla Öz Tançalan referred to the courthouse after police procedures

Çağla Öz Tançalan, the wife of Mehmet Fatih Tançalan who was arrested following the wedding footage in Van and a social media influencer, has been referred to the courthouse after the completion of her statement at the police station.

Footage from the wedding of Mehmet Fatih Tançalan, known on social media as Kara Haydar from Van, and his wife Çağla Öz Tançalan had received widespread coverage in the media. Following this footage, an official investigation was launched by the Van Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

Mehmet Fatih Tançalan Had Been Arrested

Detained within the scope of the investigation, Mehmet Fatih Tançalan was sent to prison after being arrested by the Duty Criminal Judgeship of Peace to which he was referred on charges of laundering assets derived from crime.

Çağla Öz Tançalan, whose name was mentioned in the MASAK report, was detained in Istanbul by teams from the Financial Crimes Investigation Branch. As a result of the work carried out by the teams, she was brought to Van for suspicious transactions.
