Social media influencer in Mexico commits suicide after shooting her partner and three children

In a tragic incident in the city of Montemorelos in the Mexican state of Nuevo León, social media influencer Cinthya Abigail Tamez Rivera was found dead alongside her partner and three children. According to the Attorney General's Office findings, the incident occurred when Tamez killed her partner and the children, and then committed suicide with the same weapon.

Discovery and Details of the Incident

The lifeless bodies of five people were found on the morning of September 30 in the city of Montemorelos, in the Mexican state of Nuevo León.

Authorities found Cinthya Tamez and her 2-year-old son Gustavo dead inside a vehicle, while the bodies of her partner and the other two children were discovered at the home.

Investigation Findings Released by the Prosecutor's Office

Nuevo León Attorney General Javier Flores Saldívar stated that initial forensic examinations provided important clues regarding the sequence of events.

According to this, Tamez first killed her partner and the two children at home, then left the house with her third son, shot him as well, and subsequently committed suicide.

Investigations and Evidence at the Scene

During the examinations at the scene, it was noted that the children named Bruno and Cristian were found behind a sofa, suggesting they may have been trying to hide.

A .38 caliber handgun, one of the most crucial pieces of evidence in the investigation, was recovered in the vehicle, and shell casing matches were confirmed.

Tamez, who had more than 70,000 followers, posted a video from a moving vehicle shortly before her death.

It was reported that her post included expressions about no one knowing her bad side, along with words containing revenge and anger.
