2026 financial general assembly calendar for sports federations in Turkey announced

The 2026 financial general assembly calendar for the 59 sports federations operating in Turkey has been finalized. The process, which will start with the Turkish Chess Federation on September 10, will conclude with the meeting of the Visually Impaired Sports Federation on November 15.
Process Begins with the Chess Federation
The 2026 financial general assembly calendar for sports federations will officially begin on Thursday, September 10, with the extraordinary elective financial general assembly of the Turkish Chess Federation.
September Calendar
During September, in addition to the extraordinary elective general assembly of the Turkish Dance Federation, meetings will be held for the gymnastics, rowing, canoeing, equestrian, bocce, bowling and darts, archery, water polo, handball, modern pentathlon, and traditional sports branches federations.
Busy Schedule in October
Throughout October, the e-sports, bridge, scouting, weightlifting, muaythai, billiards, mountaineering, rugby, fencing, shooting, automobile sports, sailing, cycling, badminton, taekwondo, karate, motorcycle, kick boxing, table tennis, wushu kung fu, folk dances, athletics, basketball, hockey, hearing impaired sports, and orienteering federations will hold their general assemblies.
Final in November
In November, the swimming, university sports, triathlon, volleyball, skateboarding, traditional wrestling, golf, wrestling, special athletes, tennis, underwater sports, boxing, air sports, bodybuilding, physically disabled sports, and judo federations will convene. The process will conclude on Sunday, November 15, with the general assembly of the Visually Impaired Sports Federation.
