Broad Powers Granted to Management at Fenerbahçe Ordinary General Assembly

At the Fenerbahçe Ordinary General Assembly held at the Ülker Sports and Event Hall, all agenda items presented by the board of directors were accepted by majority vote. During the meeting, past activities were acquitted, and the board was granted comprehensive powers for the club's future projects and budget planning.

Administrative and Financial Acquittal Process

At the general assembly, the period between March 1, 2026, and May 31, 2026, was acquitted by the votes of the members in terms of administrative and financial aspects. Additionally, the club's budget covering the period from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, was approved by the general assembly members.

Facility and Project Investments

The board of directors was authorized to purchase approximately 15,000 square meters of the Samandıra Can Bartu Facilities belonging to the Treasury. Furthermore, it was decided to implement critical projects such as the Fenerbahçe Museum, the Maltepe Football Academy, and the capacity expansion of the Chobani Stadium.

University and Legal Processes

The board was granted authority to re-evaluate the cooperation model between Fenerbahçe University and Medicana. In this context, the board of directors was given full authority to initiate the necessary legal processes and make strategic decisions.

Financial Statement and Emphasis on Stability

At the meeting, it was announced that the club's total debt as of May 31, 2026, was 27 billion 821 million Turkish Liras, which is approximately 524 million Euros. High Council Board President Şekip Mosturoğlu stated that election processes should be conducted more regularly for the institutional stability of the club.
