Children Receiving Swimming Training Within the Scope of Zeytinburnu Summer Sports Schools Received Their Medals
Little ones who successfully completed the swimming training organized in the in-site summer sports schools in Zeytinburnu were rewarded.
Within the framework of the Zeytinburnu Municipality Summer Sports Schools, swimming trainings held in ten different residential sites came to an end, and 404 children aged between 6 and 14 gained swimming skills.
Scope and Duration of the Trainings
Summer Sports Schools activities implemented by Zeytinburnu Municipality were successfully completed. Aiming to contribute to the physical development of children and ensure they spend their summer holidays productively, the swimming courses were held between July 11 and September 11, 2026.
Thanks to this project carried out in the common areas of ten different residential sites designated in the district, the little ones benefited from the opportunity to learn swimming in safe environments close to their residential areas.
Participant Profile and Closing Ceremonies
A total of 404 children in the six to fourteen age group actively participated in these courses organized throughout the summer period. Following the successful conclusion of the training process, special closing ceremonies were organized in eight separate residential sites on September 19 and 20.
While families and children came together in these events, medals were presented to the students who successfully completed the course by officials and various gifts were given.
