Continuing its investments to strengthen its physical infrastructure, Düzce University has resumed the construction work for the Faculty of Sport Sciences building.
Widespread Participation in the Ceremony
A ceremony was held due to the resumption of construction work on the building, which will provide students with higher quality education, study, and social areas.
The ceremony was attended by Rector Prof. Dr. Nedim Sözbir, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Öztürk, General Secretary Nihat Yıldız, Senate Members, as well as academic and administrative staff.

Rector Nedim Sözbir stated that with the completion of the project, the Faculty of Sport Sciences will have a modern and functional educational building.
Following the speech, prayers were said, and a groundbreaking ceremony and photo shoot took place.
Technical Features and Areas of the Building
The building, which will have a closed area of approximately 8,800 square meters, will include 15 classrooms, a 90-seat conference hall, a cafeteria, and study areas.
