The 2026 Ordinary Administrative and Financial General Assembly of the Beşiktaş Club was held at the Haliç Congress Center, where the club's total debt was announced and the management was acquitted both financially and administratively by a majority vote.

The 2026 Ordinary Administrative and Financial General Assembly of the Beşiktaş Club began its proceedings at the Haliç Congress Center. At the meeting, the Board of Directors for the period between 01.06.2025 and 31.05.2026 was acquitted both administratively and financially by a majority vote.

Club's Debt Status Announced

At the general assembly meeting held, it was officially announced that the total debt of the Beşiktaş Club is 27 billion 521 million 43 thousand 733 liras.

Financial Developments and Projects

Beşiktaş President Serdal Adalı emphasized that they had made payments amounting to 466 million euros over the past 1.5-year period, reduced bank debts to 53 million dollars, and lowered the annual interest to 5 million dollars. It was also stated that an income of 8.5 billion TL is expected from the Dikilitaş Project.

Criticism of the MHK and Referee Decisions

Stating that they could not become leaders due to referee errors, Serdal Adalı recalled that they were the first to mention the name Ferhat Gündoğdu. Adalı expressed his reaction by drawing attention to the referee decisions in the Alanyaspor and Amed matches.

Elective General Assembly Schedule

Within the scope of the general assembly, the elective extraordinary general assembly meeting, in which Serdal Adalı will participate as the sole candidate, will be held on Sunday, October 4, at the Sinan Erdem Sports Hall.
