Fenerbahçe Sports Club Ordinary General Assembly Meeting Takes Place

Fenerbahçe Sports Club's ordinary general assembly meeting is being held at the Ülker Sports and Event Hall with an agenda that includes the acquittal of financial reports, Samandıra and stadium projects, and various requests for authorization.
Financial Reports and Budget Approval
During the meeting's agenda, the Board of Directors' Activity Report and the Supervisory Board Report for the financial period of March 1, 2026 – May 31, 2026, are being read and discussed.
The acquittal of the management and supervisory boards for the same period, along with the budget for the upcoming term and the selection of the independent audit firm, are being submitted to the members for approval.
Land Initiative for Samandıra Facilities
The board of directors is requesting authorization to purchase a 14,934-square-meter section of the land housing the Samandıra Can Bartu Facilities that belongs to the Treasury.
The granting of authority to the management until the end of their term of office for the purchase of the aforementioned area and the execution of the transactions is being put to a vote.
Real Estate and Museum Projects
The project to be built on the property known as Kenan Evren High School in Kadıköy Zühtüpaşa Neighborhood and the establishment of the Fenerbahçe Museum in the historical building are being addressed.

Dereağzı and Stadium Capacity
The Metin Aşık building project at the Dereağzı Lefter Küçükandonyadis Facilities is among the topics presented for the members' information.
The project aimed at increasing the spectator capacity of the Chobani Stadium Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex is also detailed.
Brand Projects and 120th Anniversary Lottery
Members are being informed about the COVE1907 real estate development project, in accordance with the contract made with Nata Holding.
Authorization from the board of directors is also being requested for the 120th Anniversary Lottery, planned within the scope of the club's 120th foundation anniversary with the permission of the National Lottery Administration.
Fenerbahçe University Cooperation
Another important topic addressed at the general assembly is the legal processes and evaluations concerning Fenerbahçe University.
The cooperation agreements concluded between the university and Medicana Eğitim Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş. are being reviewed.
