Galatasaray has signed an official 5-year contract with young forward Deniz Gül, whom they added to their squad from Portuguese team Porto. The 22-year-old football player, transferred for a 10 million Euro transfer fee, arrived in Istanbul and completed his agreement with his new club.

Deniz Gül, whose father is Turkish with roots in Muş and whose mother is Swedish, was born in Stockholm. The young football player, who has been a Galatasaray fan since childhood, grew up in an environment where two cultures blended.
