Seizure claim regarding championship trophies in the Galatasaray museum

Due to a 4 million dollar receivables lawsuit arising from a 2015 protocol signed with Taç Spor, a judicial protection order was applied to 26 championship trophies in the Galatasaray Museum.

A legal process has been initiated for a 4 million dollar receivable originating from a protocol previously signed between Galatasaray and Taç Spor. Within this scope, a judicial protection procedure was applied to 26 local championship trophies located in the yellow-red club's museum.

Current Status of the Trophies and Trustee Risk

As a result of the procedure applied, the trophies are currently kept in their place in the museum. However, it was stated that if the Taç Spor side cannot collect its receivable, the trophies could be physically removed and taken to a trustee warehouse.

While the Taç Spor side made statements confirming the receivables and seizure procedures, the Galatasaray management described the ongoing legal process as a payment related to the share transfer between partners.
