Beşiktaş President Serdal Adalı made evaluations regarding the judicial processes in Turkish football and the Referees File. Adalı advocated for the postponement of the leagues and the introduction of foreign referees and Central Referee Board (MHK) practices to ensure the operations are completed fully.

Cleaning Process and Postponement of Leagues

Beşiktaş President Serdal Adalı argued that the operations launched to clean up Turkish football must go all the way. Adalı suggested that during this process, the leagues could be postponed for another two weeks if necessary and everything could be resolved fundamentally.

Foreign MHK and Referee Proposal

Touching upon the situation of the TFF management and the MHK, Adalı stated that he looks favorably upon the idea of a foreign Central Referee Board that would stay away from external influences. He expressed that foreign referees and foreign VAR reinforcements could be made in order to have a healthy season.

Managers' Betting Debates

Addressing the discussions regarding managers betting, the Beşiktaş President stated that many people on the published list have nothing to do with these matters. He conveyed that he himself did not know the rule stating that managers cannot bet until this incident came to light.

Referees' Psychology and Search for Solutions

Reminding that most of the referees have been called to testify, Adalı drew attention to the difficulties of referees officiating matches in this psychological state. He noted that with a decision to be made by the TFF in order to finish the league more smoothly, the option of foreign referees and VAR can be evaluated.
