The Turkish National Football Team started preparations in Belgium for the match it will play away against Italy on Monday, October 5, in UEFA Nations League A Group 1. According to the statement by the Turkish Football Federation, the training sessions took place at the academy facilities of the Standard Liege Club.

Two Different Training Programs

In the training session managed by head coach Vincenzo Montella, the players who started in the 11 for the Belgium-Turkey match played the previous day performed a regeneration workout in the gym. The other players trained on the field.

The training session, which started with warm-up movements, concluded with a tactical game after passing, agility, and finishing exercises. The national team continued its tactical rehearsals for the Italy match with this session.

The national team will complete its preparations for the Italy match tomorrow with a training session whose first 15 minutes will be open to the press. Afterward, the team will depart for Bologna at 17:30 TSI.
