8th Kayseri Science Festival to Open Its Doors on October 16-18
Organized in cooperation with Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality and TÜBİTAK, BİLİMFEST Kayseri aims to host over 400,000 visitors from October 16 to 18.
BİLİMFEST Kayseri, organized for the 8th time this year through the cooperation of Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality and TÜBİTAK, will take place on October 16-17-18 at the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Nation's Garden.
Comprehensive Science Festival
Prepared under the leadership of the Kayseri Science Center and Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç, the festival awaits visitors in an area of 1.2 million square meters. Approximately 1,200 personnel, alongside 55 institutions and sub-institutions, will take part in the organization.
Rich Event Content
Approximately 200 events across 8 different themes, ranging from astronomy to artificial intelligence, will be organized at the festival. Participants will include TÜBİTAK units, universities, 30 project schools, military units, and technology companies.
Turkish Stars in the Sky
One of the most striking parts of the events will be the performance by the Turkish Stars Aerobatic Team, affiliated with the Turkish Air Force Command. This performance in the sky is expected to attract intense interest from visitors.
Target of 400 Thousand Visitors
While 300,000 people attended the festival last year, this year's target has been set to reach over 400,000 visitors. The organization aims to bring together science and technology enthusiasts across a wide spectrum.
