Purpose of the Conference and Participants
Held at the Provincial Conference Center by the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, this gathering aimed to raise awareness among provincial managers regarding technological developments.
Chaired by Duong Quoc Huy, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the meeting was implemented within the scope of the 2026 work agenda.
Key Sessions on Artificial Intelligence
Throughout the program, delegates worked on the role of artificial intelligence in local governance models, its practical applications, and requirements at the grassroots level.
Thanks to the training sessions, managers were equipped with fundamental knowledge on how artificial intelligence should be positioned within business processes.

Artificial intelligence was defined as a supporting tool in processes such as summarization, search, document analysis, task extraction, progress tracking, and drafting.
It was emphasized that this technology will by no means replace the authority and responsibilities of officials, but rather serve solely as a supportive element.
Practical Applications and Experience Sharing
In addition to the thematic content presented by representatives of the CMC Group, delegates found the opportunity to directly apply artificial intelligence in their business processes.
Representatives participating from Lam Thuong commune shared their initial experiences in areas such as document processing and task distribution with other participants.
