In recent years, Can Tho City has issued comprehensive training plans and programs aimed at developing human resources in the fields of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
Training and Development Plans
The City People's Committee has issued a comprehensive digital transformation training and development plan for officials, civil servants, and public employees for the year 2026.
The program covers in-depth topics such as state administration, local strategies, digital management creation, and artificial intelligence application skills.
Community Digital Technology Teams
A network of community digital technology teams has been established across 103 communes and wards, raising digital awareness throughout the community.
Within this created network, there are a total of 1,940 community digital technology teams and 12,290 members.
Rapid Response and Support Networks
As part of the activities carried out at the local level, 103 rapid response support teams have been formed, with 1,455 members actively serving in these teams.
Thanks to numerous training courses, seminars, and conferences held, the digital skills of officials and teams are continuously supported.
