Countdown Begins for BilimFest 2026 in Eskişehir
Supported by TÜBİTAK and organized in Eskişehir, BilimFest 2026 will welcome science enthusiasts at Sazova Park from October 15 to 17.
Implemented by the Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality with the support of TÜBİTAK, BilimFest 2026 Eskişehir will open its doors at the Sazova Science, Culture and Art Park on October 15, 16, and 17.
Festival Details and Scope
Prepared by the Thematic Centers Branch Directorate of the Department of City History, Promotion and Tourism of the Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality, the festival gained status within the scope of the TÜBİTAK-4007 11th Science Festivals Support Program.
Hosting over 35,000 participants last year, the event will bring together science, technology, art, and entertainment for three days with a much broader scope this year.
Event Venue and Stakeholders
Carried out with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Technology and TÜBİTAK, the organization will be held at the Sazova Science, Culture and Art Park with the valuable contributions of the governorate, universities, and 35 stakeholders.
The Science Experiment Center and the Sabancı Space House will also be waiting for visitors in the festival area.
Workshop Studies and Hours
The 92 original thematic workshop tents set up within the scope of the festival will accept visitors on October 15 and 16 between 10:00 and 17:00.
Activities in various different disciplines such as What My Heart Says, Discovering Microscopic Organisms, Artificial Intelligence Applications in Social Studies, and The Power of the Seed will be held in the workshops.
Stage Shows and Closing
On October 17, the final day of the events, stage activities such as a fun science stories puppet show, an opera recital, a science dance, and a grand science show will be performed.
These shows prepared for children and youth will bring the festival enthusiasm to its peak.
