On September 13, 2026, the Provincial People's Committee issued an official dispatch instructing relevant departments and agencies to implement key tasks in the fields of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
Official Dispatch and Scope of Key Tasks
Official Dispatch No. 2553/UBND-KGVX issued by the Provincial People's Committee aims to implement breakthrough tasks in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
All relevant departments and agencies are expected to seriously organize and implement the proposed and recorded tasks during this process.
Responsibilities and Implementation Process
During the implementation process, the responsibilities of each unit and individual must be clearly defined and progress must be made in accordance with the established targets.
To ensure the quality and effectiveness of the project, units are requested to prioritize coordination among themselves.
Reporting and Regular Evaluations
Institutions are required to periodically review and evaluate the progress and results of the tasks assigned to them.
In order to ensure that monitoring and compilation processes are carried out effectively, reports must be submitted to the Department of Science and Technology before the 22nd of each month.
Inspection and Monitoring Mechanisms
The Department of Science and Technology has been tasked with inspecting the progress and results of assignments given by departments, agencies, units, and local governments.
The department is responsible for compiling the implementation status and periodically reporting to the Provincial People's Committee.
