The Gia Lai Provincial Women's Union organized a training course at the Hai Au Hotel to update digital knowledge and skills for 156 officials and members, apply artificial intelligence in their duties, and ensure data privacy.

The Main Objective of the Training Course

Organized by the Gia Lai Provincial Women's Union, this training aims to update the digital knowledge and skills of organization members.

Within the scope of the program, participants are guided on the effective use of artificial intelligence in tasks and the protection of data privacy.

Guidance from a Science and Technology Expert

Dr. Vu Nguyen Thuc, a faculty member at Hanoi University of Science and Technology under Vietnam National University, participated in the training as a speaker.

Dr. Vu Nguyen Thuc provided participants with comprehensive information on science, technology, and digital transformation processes.

Artificial Intelligence and Data Security

Trainees learned to accurately understand the nature, capabilities, and limitations of artificial intelligence generation.

The training also emphasized secure usage to prevent the disclosure of personal data belonging to members, borrowers, and children.

Efficiency in Document Preparation Time

The preparation of association working documents in the correct format, such as plans, reports, announcements, and official letters, was addressed.

The goal is to reduce document preparation time by at least fifty percent with the help of artificial intelligence tools.

Data Management and Digitalization Practices

The program provided practical information on compiling periodic reports from branch data and digitizing membership lists.

Special tables were created for tracking household data and monitoring trusted loans from the Social Policy Bank.

Role as Digital Transformation Ambassadors

Following the training, association officials are expected to equip their members with essential skills such as detecting online scams.

This initiative will enhance women's management and support activities while strengthening the role of officials as digital transformation ambassadors in the community.
