Implementation of Resolution 57 and Practical Model Objectives in Lao Cai
Lao Cai aims to complete tasks under Resolution 57 by the end of 2026 and establish models that generate tangible value.
Lao Cai Provincial Party Secretary Duong Quoc Huy emphasized that by the end of 2026, the goal is not only to complete the tasks under Resolution 57, but also to create products and models with clear practical value.
Meeting and Main Objectives
Lao Cai Provincial Party Secretary and Head of the relevant Steering Committee, Duong Quoc Huy, stated that the goal by the end of 2026 is not merely the completion of tasks.
It was clearly emphasized at the meeting that even more importantly, products and models with clear practical value must be established.
Task Completion Rate
According to the report presented at the meeting held in Lao Cai on September 10, institutions and local governments in the province have finished a portion of the tasks aimed at implementing the resolution.
Out of 349 tasks designated to implement the Politburo's Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW in the first eight months of 2026, 198 have been successfully completed.
Central Committee Tasks
Out of a total of 11 tasks assigned to the province by the Central Committee, 7 have been fully completed during this process.
It was reported that the remaining 4 tasks continue to progress smoothly in accordance with the established schedule and plan.
Province-Wide Responsibilities
Out of 73 tasks assigned by the province with a 2026 deadline, 29 have been completed as planned.
While a total of 33 tasks are progressing according to the scheduled timeline, 11 tasks were observed to be falling behind schedule.
Institutional Responsibility Transfer
During the meeting, an important institutional change was made, and the responsibilities of the Steering Committee's Permanent Representation were transferred.
Within this scope, the duty was taken over from the Provincial Party Committee Office and officially handed over to the Provincial Police Department.
