Muse, introduced by Meta, assists consumers in the US with daily tasks such as sending emails, booking travel, filling out forms, lowering bills, and shopping.
Powered by the Muse Spark model, this AI assistant works integrated with calendars, health and fitness apps, and payment tools.
Access Channels and Pricing
The new AI service is initially made available on the web via muse.ai, through iOS and Android apps, via WhatsApp chats, and in the future, through Meta's AI glasses.
While the service is offered for free with usage limits, it also includes two different paid subscription tiers: Power at $20 per month and Maximum at $100 per month.
Security Measures and Privacy
Meta states that Muse operates securely in a dedicated virtual machine called Muse Secure VM, which features a separate agent named Sentinel to protect user privacy and credentials.
The company also emphasizes user safety by highlighting that the collected data is not shared with Meta's advertising systems.

This new AI launch comes shortly after Meta agreed to a massive multi-state settlement over the harms social media inflicts on consumers.
