The thematic monitoring delegation carried out a series of official inspections and survey activities in Lang Son province to monitor the implementation of national digital transformation policies.

Within this scope, the team conducted inspections at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, relevant commune and ward committees, and operation centers.

System Transitions and Data Synchronization

It was reported that the Provincial Public Administration Service Center would transition to a new information system, during which difficulties arose regarding data synchronization between the old and new systems.

Local governments addressed issues such as infrastructure deficiencies, equipment shortages, and data integration during the meetings.

Digital Achievements of Local Units

In Hoang Van Thu commune, digital technology teams assisted thousands of people and successfully digitized all records. In Dong Kinh ward, the vast majority of administrative procedure applications were carried out online.

Future Steps and Evaluations

Doan Thanh Son, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, stated that the local government will continue working to resolve the identified shortcomings.

While appreciating the achievements, the monitoring delegation compiled the challenges encountered and proposed solutions to report to the competent authorities.
