Meanwhile, approximately ninety percent of enterprises have difficulty accessing incentive mechanisms contained in documents issued prior to 2021.

Challenges for Micro and Small-Sized Companies

There are approximately 962 science and technology enterprises operating nationwide, and the majority of these structures consist of small-scale startups.

Micro and small enterprises find it difficult to understand processes in the face of laws, decrees, and circulars that possess a complex structure.

The Need for an Implementation Guide

Sector executives stated that a clear implementation guide is needed so that companies can easily benefit from preferential policies in taxation, financing, and capital.

It was stated that the process of enterprises accessing support could be accelerated through question-and-answer systems and practical guides to be prepared.

Bottom-Up Approach Goal

Stating that current policies are designed from the top down, association officials underlined that the process must be handled with a bottom-up approach.

With the planned new approach, it is aimed that ninety percent of the target audience will actively benefit from the support and policies offered.
