The gathering in Hanoi was attended by members of the National Advisory Council for Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation, as well as representatives from the Permanent Office of the 57th Central Steering Committee.

It was noted that the Ministry of Public Security has been assigned the role of the Permanent Agency of the Steering Committee, while coordination mechanisms between the Permanent Agency and the Advisory Council were discussed.
