Uniformity of Application to Be Ensured in Market Surveillance
It is planned to consolidate market surveillance and inspection activities carried out by various public administrations under a single roof. For this purpose, the Market Surveillance and Inspection Authority will be established, and uniformity of application will be ensured in market inspections.
Digital Company and Artificial Intelligence Applications Being Implemented
The Digital Company application will be put into effect to encourage the establishment of technology-based ventures and facilitate the process. In industrial property registration processes, it is envisaged to utilize artificial intelligence effectively.
Enforcement, Bankruptcy, and Concordat Legislation Being Updated
Comprehensive legislative work will be carried out to eliminate disruptions stemming from the concordat application in commercial life. Within the scope of these efforts, enforcement and bankruptcy legislation will be updated to seek solutions for commercial disputes.
Priority Investment Areas and Istanbul Finance Center
Target-oriented policies will be implemented, taking into account the contribution of international direct investments to technology, knowledge transfer, qualified employment, and exports. The positioning of the Istanbul Finance Center as an international hub in areas such as regional fund management and fintech will be accelerated.
