TEKNOFEST Southeast begins at Şanlıurfa GAP Airport
The Aviation, Space and Technology Festival meets technology enthusiasts in Şanlıurfa from September 30 to October 4.
Organized under the leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the T3 Foundation, and STM, the Aviation, Space and Technology Festival (TEKNOFEST) Southeast opens its doors at Şanlıurfa GAP Airport between September 30 and October 4.
Festival Area and Events
Held across an area of 191,000 square meters at Şanlıurfa GAP Airport, the festival hosts numerous events ranging from competitions to air shows.
Activities appealing to all ages meet participants in Şanlıurfa for 5 days.
Air Shows and Vehicle Exhibitions
Setting the stage for air shows by the aviation and defense industry, SOLOTÜRK, the Turkish Stars, and fighter jets perform demonstration flights at the festival.
ATAK helicopters, HÜRKUŞ, ANKA, Bayraktar TB2, Bayraktar TB3, and Bayraktar AKINCI, as well as land and sea vehicles, are also featured at the festival.
Experience Areas and Competitions
Concerts, exhibitions, educational workshops, simulation experience areas, a planetarium, and science shows are offered to visitors.
Support exceeding 100 million liras is provided to successful applicants in competitions where over 1.6 million contestants from 99 countries applied.
Visitor Information and Registration
Participation in TEKNOFEST Southeast is completely free of charge, and visitors are required to register online to enter.
Visitor entry and exit to the event area can take place between 09:00 and 19:00.
