Third-Term Applications for KOSGEB Capacity Development Support Program Have Begun
Applications for the third term of the 2026 KOSGEB Capacity Development Support Program have started, providing SMEs with up to 30 million TL in financing and 20 points of financial support.
Applications for the third term of the 2026 KOSGEB Capacity Development Support Program have officially begun. Within the scope of the program, SMEs are offered up to 30 million TL in financing for 36-month maturity loans, 20 points of financing support, and KGF guarantee, with applications ending on September 15.
Scope and Objectives of the Program
The third-term applications for the 2026 KOSGEB Capacity Development Support Program, which aims to increase the growth and production capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises, have started. The program will support investments aimed at strengthening the efficiency, production capacity, resilience, market size, and corporate structures of SMEs.
In addition to digital transformation and scaling investments, the development of SMEs involved in the supply chains of large enterprises is also within the scope of the program.
Application Requirements and Sectors
SMEs operating in specific sectors will be able to benefit from the program, and sectors covered by the support include manufacturing, telecommunications, computer programming, consulting, IT infrastructure, data processing, and scientific research activities.
Businesses applying are required to be registered and active in the KOSGEB database, have an up-to-date business declaration, hold small or medium-sized enterprise status, and be a legal or real person according to the Turkish Commercial Code.
Loan Limit and Conditions
Within the scope of the program, businesses will be offered loan facilities of up to 20 million TL, and this limit can go up to 30 million TL for businesses cooperating in defense, aviation, and space fields aimed at supplier development.
For businesses submitting projects in the defense field, the loan limit will vary depending on the Industrial Competency Evaluation and Support Program certificate level.
Maturity and Financing Support
Within the scope of the program, the project duration will be 24 months, and the loan maturity will be 36 months. A 20-point non-repayable financing support will be provided for the loans that businesses will obtain from financial institutions.
Businesses will also be offered a guarantee opportunity through the Credit Guarantee Fund, and payments will be made in quarterly periods and equal installments.
Global Competitiveness Support
Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır stated that with the Global Competitiveness Support Program, they support businesses in high value-added production, achieving strong positions in international markets, and sustainable growth.
Minister Kacır stated that exporting SMEs will be provided with loan facilities of up to 75 million liras, 20 points of non-repayable financing support, and KGF guarantee support.
