Training Course on Energy Transition and Technology Transfer Held in Hanoi
Conducted within the framework of the CASE Project in Vietnam, the training course aims to commercialize research outcomes and strengthen inter-institutional cooperation during the energy transition process.
Hanoi University of Science and Technology, the State Agency for Technology Innovation under the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) have jointly launched a training program focused on energy transition.
Purpose of the Training Course
On the occasion of the October 1 National Innovation Day, a training course was inaugurated through the collaboration of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, the State Agency for Technology Innovation under the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit.
Objective of Inter-Institutional Connection
Organized within the framework of the CASE Project in Vietnam, this training course aims to enhance capacity in the transfer and utilization of intellectual property as well as the commercialization of research results. At the same time, it targets strengthening the triple helix connection among the state, universities, and businesses during the energy transition process.
Opening Remarks by Officials
In his opening speech, Professor Le Anh Tuan, President of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, emphasized that science, technology, and innovation must be more closely linked with the practical production, business, and development needs of society. Mr. Chu Thuc Dat, Deputy Director of the State Agency for Technology Innovation under the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Ms. Le Thi Thoa, CASE Project Director from GIZ, also delivered speeches at the program.
Structure and Content of the Program
Lasting for a total of 12 hours over two days, the training course consists of six modules coordinated by international experts. Throughout the program, emphasis was placed on the importance of cooperation and the sharing of international experience in the energy transition.
