TÜBİTAK Support for Microgrid Energy Storage Project
A microgrid energy storage project prepared by academics from Sivas Cumhuriyet University has earned TÜBİTAK support.
Prepared by Sivas Cumhuriyet University faculty members to increase the efficiency of renewable energy sources, the microgrid project will be supported within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1002-A Rapid Support Program.
Project Details
The study, coordinated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Didem Altun, a faculty member in the Electrical Program of the Electricity and Energy Department at Sivas Cumhuriyet University's Sivas Technical Sciences Vocational School, is being brought to life.
Research Team
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kenan Altun serves as a researcher in the project titled "Mathematical Analysis, Optimization, and Application of the Battery Positioning Problem in Microgrids."
Aim and Scope
In microgrids utilizing renewable energy sources, the optimal positioning of energy storage systems will be researched, and efficiency will be increased.
Congratulations from the University
