Vu Thanh Mai Appointed Vice President of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology

Vu Thanh Mai, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, has been appointed as Vice President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology and has also been assigned to the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Academy's Party Committee.

The Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology held an official conference on September 3 to announce the Secretariat's decision regarding personnel matters. During the conference, the central-level appointment decisions were announced to the public and the institution's staff.

Tran Hong Thai, President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, presented the appointment decision and congratulated Vu Thanh Mai. President Thai praised Mai's experience in Party work, communications, and publishing.

Born in 1973 in Ninh Binh, Vu Thanh Mai holds a doctoral degree in physics. She has long served in various positions at the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
