In the proposal submitted to Palm Beach County officials through the club's legal representative, it was requested that a parcel of the private club be designated as a permanent official area.
Local Government and Construction Financing Details
Attorney Harvey Oyer requested that land be provided to the federal government by the local government that owns the property, while stating that Trump would personally finance the construction of the presidential residence.
Palm Beach County Administrator Joseph Abruzzo stated that the proposal in question is being seriously evaluated and further information has been requested on the matter.
