U.S. News & World Report has published its 2027 best universities rankings after examining more than 1,700 higher education institutions nationwide based on academic quality and graduate success metrics.
University Ranking Criteria
As part of the 2027 best universities evaluation conducted by U.S. News & World Report, over seventeen hundred colleges and universities across the country were examined.
In the comprehensive evaluation studies conducted, seventeen different metrics were used to measure academic quality and the success status of graduates.
Position of Augustana University
According to the newly announced ranking results, Augustana University was ranked fifth in the category of regional universities in the Midwest region.
The same higher education institution also achieved the success of placing sixth in the best value rankings across the region.
Achievements of Baruch College
Baruch College managed to secure the first place in four different categories in the 2027 evaluations for the North region.
The institution achieved the title of the best public college in New York State for the fourth consecutive time.
Regional and Value Rankings
Baruch College also won first places in the categories of best value for in-state students, social mobility, and most innovative public college.
The college secured ninth place in the overall rankings of both public and private institutions in the North region.
