Ballistic Missile Attack Launched from Iran on US Base in Jordan

The Iranian Revolutionary Guards announced that they carried out a ballistic missile attack on the US Marine Corps base named Camp Titin in Jordan. The Jordanian military reported that it neutralized 10 of the missiles in mid-air.

According to reports by Iran's Tasnim news agency, the Iranian Revolutionary Guards announced that they launched an intense ballistic missile attack in the early hours on the US Marine Corps training base named Camp Titin in Jordan.

The military facility in question is located on the coast of the Gulf of Aqaba, close to the borders of Israel and Saudi Arabia.

Statement by the Jordanian Military

In a statement issued by the Jordanian military, it was stated that 10 ballistic missiles fired from Iranian territory were successfully intercepted by air defense systems.

It was confirmed that three of the missiles fell into rural areas far from residential locations, and no injuries resulted from the incident.

Around the same time, the Kuwaiti military also published a statement reporting that they were countering hostile missile and drone attacks directed at the country.

The US military announced in a statement on Tuesday that it had carried out a series of airstrikes against Iranian targets in response to attempted attacks on ships in the Strait of Hormuz.
