Eight People Killed as a Result of Russian Attacks on Ukraine

As a result of intense Russian airstrikes targeting civilian settlements and critical infrastructure across Ukraine, eight people lost their lives and dozens were injured. Amid these developments, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the deployment of troops to Ukraine by European countries would mean a direct conflict.

According to information provided by local officials, a total of eight civilians lost their lives and dozens were injured as a result of Russian airstrikes carried out across Ukraine. This campaign, relying heavily on the use of missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles, continues to target civilians as the winter months approach.
Casualties in Zaporizhzhia and Kryvyi Rih
In the city of Zaporizhzhia, two people lost their lives and one person was injured as a result of a drone strike hitting a residential area during the night hours. In attacks carried out on the Kryvyi Rih region, it was reported that one person lost their life and three people were injured.
Incidents in Odesa and Kramatorsk
Thirty-five people were injured in a comprehensive attack carried out throughout the night in and around the Black Sea port of Odesa. In the city of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region, three people lost their lives in attacks targeting vehicles.
Moves Targeting Zhytomyr and Russian Facilities
Two civilians lost their lives in an attack on a grocery store in the Zhytomyr region. On the other hand, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Ukrainian forces had struck two chemical industry facilities located in Samara and Perm inside Russia.
Putin's Troop Warning to Europe
Speaking to the press at the BRICS summit in India, Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized that the situation of European governments sending troops to Ukraine would mean war with Russia. Putin also claimed that Russia does not pose any threat to Europe.
Zelenskyy's G-20 Summit Statement
Giving an interview to the German broadcaster Deutsche Welle, Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed that he could meet with Putin if both leaders are invited to the G-20 summit planned to be held in Miami in December.
