A multifaceted investigation is underway following an incident on a flydubai flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv where the co-pilot attacked the captain, causing the aircraft to plummet 14,000 feet in a short time.

A major disaster was averted on a flydubai flight traveling from Dubai to Tel Aviv after the co-pilot attacked the captain pilot.

As a result of this attack, the aircraft experienced a sudden plunge of approximately 14,000 feet in under 30 seconds.

Thanks to the intervention of Indian pilot Smit Machchhar and the passengers, a potential catastrophe was prevented, and the aircraft landed safely in Saudi Arabia.
