İş Sanat Welcomes World Stars with Its 27th Season Program
Drawing attention with its cultural and artistic activities, the institution will bring international artists and master names together with music lovers in the new term.
İş Sanat announced its new season program and is preparing to bring world-renowned orchestras, soloists, and important names of jazz and world music before music lovers.
New Season Opening
İş Sanat's eagerly awaited 27th season program will begin on November 5 with a concert by violinist Viktoria Mullova.
The artist will be accompanied on this special opening night by the Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Gürer Aykal.
International Guests and Performances
Paco Peña, the renowned name of flamenco guitar, will take the stage in December with his dance ensemble named after him.
The Solera performance, directed by Jude Kelly and choreographed by Fernando Romero, will be presented to the audience's appreciation.
New Year Concert and Special Projects
Soprano Lisette Oropesa will take the stage at the traditional New Year concert to be held in January.
While the artist will be accompanied by the Tekfen Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Aziz Shokhakimov, Estrella Morente will also come to Istanbul with her flamenco and jazz project.
Master Artists and Orchestras
In the coming months, Maxim Vengerov, Youn Sun Nah, Michel Camilo with Tomatito, and the Schönbrunn Palace Orchestra will give concerts.
Musa Eroğlu will take the stage with his concert "In the Footsteps of Karacaoğlan", and Yeni Türkü will also meet with listeners.
