October 2026 World Report Released and Global Activities Announced

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has released the October 2026 World Report, featuring leaders' global activities, temple updates, and humanitarian efforts.
Release of the World Report
As preparations for general conference continue, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has made the October 2026 World Report video available to viewers. Prepared every six months, this special video summarizes the church's recent major events and global community activities.
President Oaks' Engagements
Church President Dallin H. Oaks delivered an important address at the Washington National Cathedral regarding the protection of religious freedom and the need to find common ground. In addition, President Oaks presided over the open house and dedication of the Belo Horizonte Brazil Temple in August.
Global Visits and Ministry
Over the past six months, members of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and other church leaders conducted religious and humanitarian visits in various regions of the world. Within this scope, engagements were held in many different geographies such as Chile, Argentina, Australia, New Caledonia, Samoa, and American Samoa.
Food Assistance in America
As part of the America250 celebrations, the church is fulfilling its commitment to deliver a total of 250 food donations to food banks across all 50 states in the United States. Through this initiative, support is being provided to those in need across the country.
Investments for Women and Children
To support women and children, the church continues to invest in large-scale humanitarian projects globally. With donations made to UNICEF and additional resources announced by the Relief Society, the total financial investment directed to this initiative over the past three years has reached a significant level.
