At least six people lost their lives in Russia's latest attacks on Ukraine, Kyiv's Northern Bridge was damaged, and critical infrastructure facilities and civilians were targeted in various regions of the country.
Bridge in Kyiv Damaged
As a result of the attacks launched by Russia, the road surface and trolleybus cables of the Northern Bridge in Kyiv were damaged, leading to the suspension of traffic and injuring two people.
While Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitschko made statements following the attack, the Russian Ministry of Defense claimed responsibility, alleging that the bridge was used for military logistics.
Moldova's Airspace Violated
Moldovan President Maia Sandu condemned the attacks, stating that Russian air assault weapons violated the country's airspace and exploded on its territory.
Casualties in Kharkiv and Izyum
It was reported that five people lost their lives and more than forty people were injured in attacks carried out with unmanned aerial vehicles and guided bombs in the Kharkiv region.
According to information provided by regional official Oleh Syniehubov, three people were also injured in UAV attacks in the city of Izyum.
Incidents in Odesa and Luhansk Regions
In the Odesa region, a civilian cargo ship flying the Liberian flag was hit, resulting in the death of one sailor and injuring three others.
In a highway attack that took place in the Russian-occupied Luhansk region, Ukrainian UAVs caused the deaths of two people and injured two others.
Casualties in the Belgorod Region
In Russia's Belgorod border region, one civilian lost their life and two people were injured as a result of attacks carried out by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles.
