Artificial intelligence is actively used by many local governments in management activities, public service delivery, and citizen support within the scope of implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.
Public assistant model in Quang Tri province
Quang Tri province is piloting a Public Assistant model utilizing artificial intelligence to help citizens complete online public service applications.
The model is being implemented between October 1 and October 31 at the Provincial Public Administrative Service Center and the centers in Dong Thuan and Dong Ha wards.
Scope and details of the pilot program
The system has the capability to recognize and extract information from documents, check data consistency, and suggest ways to complete the application.
Twenty procedures directly related to daily life at both the commune and provincial levels have been selected for the pilot program.
AI robots in Gia Lai province
In Gia Lai, Hoi Phu ward has integrated AI robots into the Public Administrative Service Center starting in August 2025.
These robots are able to receive requests, look up information, and guide citizens to the correct service counters.
