It is expected that countries will ratify the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime adopted by the General Assembly, providing a tool for full cooperation.
Human Trafficking and Fraud Centers
Large-scale fraud centers and human trafficking have been defined as a global crisis. Pointing out that there are victims from more than 80 nationalities, it was emphasized that these individuals should be viewed as victims rather than criminals.
