Featured Movies in Theaters
The thriller and horror movie Resident Evil tells the story of an unlucky courier tasked with delivering a package to a remote hospital, only to find himself in the middle of an outbreak. The film Sınırsız (Limitless) focuses on former soldier Hank's struggle against a criminal organization while delivering an organ to the hospital that will save a sick child's life.
Son of the Sun on Theater Stages
Adapted to the stage from Onur Ünlü's cult movie of the same name and one of last season's most loved plays, Güneşin Oğlu (Son of the Sun) will meet audiences again on September 20 at the Zorlu PSM Turkcell Platinum Stage. Hiç Dünya, which questions the meaning of life, will be staged on September 25 at the All Saints Moda Church.
Concerts from the Music World
In the concert calendar, Edis will come together with his fans at Harbiye Open-Air on September 20-21, while hip-hop and trap producer Metro Boomin will take the stage at KüçükÇiftlik Park on September 22. Additionally, Sting's guitarist Dominic Miller will meet music lovers on September 25 at Zorlu PSM.
Art Galleries and Exhibition Programs
The exhibition Denizaşırı (Overseas), which explores Özer Kabaş’s versatile art practice, can be visited free of charge at Salt Beyoğlu until March 14, 2027. Bringing together 70 galleries and 736 artists, Contemporary Istanbul will open its doors at Tersane Istanbul between September 23–27 with its 21st edition.
