Zelenskyy's Statements
Zelenskyy stated that the summit is an important beginning aimed at further strengthening ties among the countries.
It was stated that participating countries will work together on security, energy, logistics, cross-border economic ties, and support for local communities.
Nighttime Attacks Across Regions
As the summit took place, nighttime Russian attacks targeting various regions of Ukraine resulted in casualties and injuries.
Two people lost their lives and two others were injured in nighttime attacks in the Zhytomyr region.
Train and Shopping Complex Targeted
In the Kharkiv region, one person was killed and six others were injured in an attack by Russian forces on an electric train.
In the city of Zaporizhzhia, another drone strike resulted in the destruction of a shopping complex and left one person injured.
