Home Care Assistance Payments Being Deposited into Beneficiaries' Accounts
Within the scope of the support program carried out by the Ministry of Family and Social Services, the transfer of a total of 7.8 billion liras in payments for this month has begun.
Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş announced that Home Care Assistance payments totaling 7.8 billion liras have started being deposited into accounts in order to provide economic support to fully dependent citizens looked after at home and their families.
Details of Support Payments
A total of 7.8 billion liras has begun to be transferred to the accounts of beneficiaries within the scope of the Home Care Assistance payments implemented by the Ministry of Family and Social Services.
Purpose and Scope of the Service
It was emphasized that the practice is an important family-oriented care service aimed primarily at supporting disabled individuals within a family environment since 2006.
Preservation of Family Integrity
It was stated that it is a priority for disabled citizens to receive home care services while preserving their family integrity, and thus they are able to live together with their loved ones.
Number of Beneficiaries and Payment Amount
It was reminded that within the framework of the program, from which 492 thousand citizens currently benefit, a monthly payment of 15 thousand 755 liras is made per beneficiary.
