Preparations continue for the Saudi Super Cup to be held in Kuwait

Kuwaiti Minister of Sports Tariq Al-Jalaima stated that the organization of the Saudi Super Cup in Kuwait, with the participation of world-renowned stars, is a major challenge in terms of demonstrating the country's capacity.

Draw and tournament dates

The pairings for the Saudi Super Cup were clarified and the tournament schedule was determined with the draw held in Kuwait on Wednesday.

The tournament will be organized in Kuwait between December 19-23 with the participation of Ahli, Al-Qadsiah, Al-Nassr, and Al-Khaleej teams.

Semi-final matchups

As a result of the draw, Ahli and Al-Qadsiah will face off in the first semi-final match of the tournament.

In the second semi-final match, Al-Nassr and Al-Khaleej will fiercely compete to advance to the final.

Public and private sector partnership

Minister Tariq Al-Jalaima emphasized that the success of this giant organization depends on strong cooperation between the public and private sectors.

This partnership between the two sectors is aimed at serving as an example for future different sports events as well.

International sports vision

Kuwaiti officials state that such large-scale organizations featuring star names increase the country's hosting capacity in the field of sports.
