Diagnosed with breast cancer after the examination of the removed mass, Kılıç stated that she initially felt shocked and was saddened by the prospect of losing her hair during the chemotherapy process. Stating that she overcame this situation after three days and promised herself that she would defeat the disease, Kılıç noted that she was not a stranger to these processes because she lost her mother to a brain tumor in 2012, but this was the first time breast cancer was seen in her family. Stating that she did not give up during moments of pessimism in her treatment process, Kılıç noted that she evaluates this period as a 'rebirth' and a second chance in life. Stating that she does not neglect her check-ups after her treatment, Kılıç conveyed that the check-ups, which were initially every 3 months, increased to every 6 months after 3 years.
