Togg Becomes the Mobility Sector Partner of the COP31 Climate Change Conference

Togg has been designated as the "Mobility Sector Partner" for the United Nations Climate Change Conference COP31, to be hosted by Turkey. At the summit, which will bring together the public sector, private sector, and international organizations, Togg will showcase its solutions contributing to the transformation of mobility and climate targets.

Togg Chairman of the Board Fuat Tosyalı stated that this partnership is an important opportunity to showcase Turkey's production capabilities and green transformation targets on a global scale. Togg CEO M. Gürcan Karakaş expressed that they aim to expand solutions contributing to climate goals with new collaborations by taking part in the "Start-up Zone".

Within the scope of environmental practices carried out at the Gemlik Technology Campus, volatile organic compound emissions in the paint shop are kept at one-seventh of European limits and one-ninth of Turkish limits. While approximately 50 percent of the campus's electricity needs are provided by a 22 MWp solar power plant, all electricity consumption has been met from I-REC certified renewable sources since 2023.
