Produced with domestic resources in Bursa, the AI-powered assistant robot "Adam" has begun its initial operations as a receptionist at Ulutek Technopark.
New Duty for the Domestic Robot
Adam, the third robot developed in cooperation with Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Engineering, Department of Computer Engineering, has started working as a receptionist at the technopark.
Welcoming visitors to the building at certain hours of the day, the robot collects data on the behaviors and question styles of Turkish people within social life.
Capabilities and Future Goals
Adam is able to flawlessly fulfill tasks such as answering questions directed at it, recognizing faces, and guiding people.
Company owner Adem Aksu stated that work is ongoing to use the robot in fields such as healthcare and elderly care, and mass production is planned.
